Educational Food Workshops (Kanata North)

Overview

1.  Problem

Many residents aren't fully aware of the scope and consequences of their food's carbon footprint and food waste.

2.  Action

Organizations and volunteers, in partnership with the Kanata Food Cupboard, organize fun and interactive workshops on food consumption, waste practices, composting, and local donation spots.

3.  Outcome

A more food-literate community, with residents equipped to reduce waste and make more sustainable food choices.
